Dislikes:
Walls are quite thin on the rooms so you can easily hear other holiday makers moving around in theres or tvs etc.

Flexibility n the check in. We arrived after 7pm (last check-in time) and the owner warmly welcomed us without any problem. Free parking.
Dislikes:
The room is a bit tiny.

We come for a relaxing new year with family and had a lovely time! The village inn has a lot to answer for with such late licence but that was not the riverside cottages fault and they made every effo... Read more

We come for a relaxing new year with family and had a lovely time! The village inn has a lot to answer for with such late licence but that was not the riverside cottages fault and they made every effort to help us and gave us a lovely big room instead of the one we had booked which was nice. We love walking the dog and he loves staying too as Richard always gives him a sausage!! Brilliant time as always and will be back very soon Read less

Richard and Sue are very welcoming and always cater to our needs this was about the 5 time we have stayed at the riverside cottage as we like it so much
Dislikes:
There is no complaint about this beautiful place apart from the village inn which had a licence until 4 am which did not suit our quiet get away which was through no fault of Richard and Sue.

Richard was super friendly and upgraded us to a room with a view since they weren't fully booked. Breakfast was fine, the room was very clean and Richard's recommendations for restaurants were superb.
