Riverside cottage is an extremely comfortable guest house and licensed Café.

New for the 2008 season we have a large double / family room overlooking Lynmouth Street and a resident’s lounge with a large screen TV and all the Freeview digital channels and to complete it a desk with Internet connection.

So come and experience the beautiful Town of Lynmouth with its stunning unspoilt river walks picturesque harbour and eclectic range of great value shopping. Pubs, shops, harbour, Manor Green, beach and the famous Cliff Railway are all within an easy level walk.

With our new drinks licence you can sit on your private balcony with a refreshing glass of what you fancy and just watch the world go by to the relaxing sound of The River Lyn (rooms 3, 4, 5 & 7, 8, 9 only).

This year we are happy to offer evening meals on request. Our evening menu includes all the day meals plus a selection of good no nonsense food aimed at early evening dinning.

You can chose from an 8oz Devon Steak to beans on toast all at Café prices and Riverside Quality.

Richard and Susan would be very happy to see you for one night or a week. We're confident you will enjoy your stay as many of our guests come back time after time.

Riverside Cottage is a perfect base for Walking, Cycling, Fishing (River Lyn, Harbour, Beach or Boat), and riding, pony trekking or just as a centre for North Devon Touring. Alternately just sit on your balcony with a drink and admire the views (rooms 3, 4, 5 & 7, 8, 9 only).
